Refund policy

No Refunds 
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Once we ship your items we will provide you with a tracking number for you to track.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

We may however offer replacements on specific bases determined by our CEO/Owner. 

We do not except exchanges as it is considered unsanitary and our products are perishable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed otherwise.

- Gift cards expire 1 year after the purchase date.

To complete your replacement we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item due to incorrect address being provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
